Abstract:
Abstract Old certainties and structures are continually being swept away by the pace of technological progress, such as the provision of online internet services. These advances place enormous demands on an organisation’s IT infrastructure and application support, which must be planned and built with continuous adaptability in mind; it must be flexible and scalable, so that it can meet the changing needs of the organisation and its customers.
