Attitudes to trust

Chapter 11 in Trust Matters, 2004, pp 141-159 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract What matters is not simply how much we know, but how we react to what we do not know. This is essential if trust is to be developed, but what else is needed for it to take hold and thrive? How should we behave if we want to create trust? This chapter answers these questions and provides valuable insights from our Trust Survey.
