Abstract:
Abstract There is much literature about managing ‘change’, reflecting the fact that it has become a subject of major concern for companies. Indeed, a whole profession of ‘change consultants’ has emerged. So why is it that companies tend to mishandle change? Why do we still hear tales of people being told they are redundant by text message or email?
