Abstract:
Abstract This is the case of a Latin American executive in a US multinational located on the Iberian Peninsula. Corporate management struggled with the situation, given the poor market conditions and inadequate performance. They questioned whether the experienced general manager could succeed with this business. They knew the team had to come together for the good of the business but were puzzled and disturbed by the lack of progress.
