Chapter Chapter 18 in Managing a Crisis, 2005, pp 155-164 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Once the hard work has been completed, the plan is in place and the team is ready to go, it is almost time for a well-deserved break. However, these plans are still theoretical — they may not even work. Too many plans are based around what the company would like to happen in a crisis rather than what might happen. Remember Murphy.
