Handling difficult moments
Erik Haan
Chapter 13 in Learning with colleagues, 2005, pp 99-102 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Meeting with colleagues and having the opportunity to talk about your work, and what you find interesting and annoying about it, can be very enjoyable. It can help you in becoming more professional in your discipline and taking advantage of colleagues’ knowledge, as well as letting you assist in the development of others who may have less experience and know-how than yourself. You can also make a contribution to developing arrangements and procedures which lead, for example, to a better service to clients.
