Chapter Chapter 3 in Sun Tzu and the Project Battleground, 2005, pp 25-37 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In the development of projects, time is always a major challenge, not only the time required to complete each project, but also the management of time and resources. The linear extension of time over the life of a project is perhaps the project’s worst enemy. Every project when it is planned is generally based on an optimistic programme, which is often never achieved.
