Create Strategic Excitement
Sandra Vandermerwe
Chapter Breakthrough 1 in Breaking Through, 2004, pp 11-27 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The most important part of the awakening to customer focus within an organization is not only that sufficient numbers of the correct people feel an urgent need for change, but, in particular, that there is an excitement about how adopting a customer approach will mean success to their enterprise now and in the long run. Without this, as many commentators and executives reiterate over and over again, there can be no real change towards sustainable growth.
