Abstract: Abstract In the next two chapters, we will describe the internal workings of the technical area of the Teatro Real. One important idea that surfaces is the concept of Operations as a form of translation. The Promise must be translated into facts, operating realities, and this is a useful way of seeing Operations. We will also see that the translation of Operations is seen as a waterfall effect which must always continue flowing.
