Abstract:
Abstract This chapter forms the crux of the book, despite its late entry on stage. This has been done deliberately so that the less tenacious readers don’t get this far and therefore don’t benefit from the pearls of wisdom to be found here … ahem. Anyway, this chapter is a summary of the management style of the Teatro Real’s Operations Management, and draws on various points (some from this book, some from elsewhere) that seem to us to be the most relevant to how it works.
