A chapter in The New Operational Culture, 2009, pp 257-262 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract We end this book in conversation with maestro jesús López Cobos. López Cobos is a client of the Technical department of the Teatro Real. His extensive experience of many opera theatres helps us to have a more objective view of the service that he receives. He is a demanding client, and with his help we submitted the Teatro Real to scrutiny … and we believe the Teatro Real passed the test with flying colours.
