Chapter III in The New Operational Culture, 2009, pp 25-29 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, we give a summary of an interview with the General Manager of the Teatro Real, Miguel Muñiz, appointed in November 2004. This summary will help us with the first stage in the analysis of Efficiency, namely the clarification of the ‘Mission’ or the company’s ‘Promise’. The Promise is the realisation of the Mission, and must be used to prioritise those critical elements that guide the development of Operations.
