Chapter Chapter 10 in Public Relations for the New Europe, 2008, pp 59-67 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In this section we explain the POSTAR planning model.1 Not all of POSTAR will be relevant to all people all of the time, but it provides a clear and practical framework to formulate a Public Relations (PR) plan. It is not meant to be a straightjacket but an aid. Think of it as scaffolding. Depending on the size and shape of the “building”. you will need to focus on the different elements of the POSTAR plan more or less.
