Timothy Dean Keeley
Chapter 7 in International Human Resource Management in Japanese Firms, 2001, pp 202-221 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The central focus of this book is the integration of HCN managers in the management process of Japanese overseas subsidiaries as measured by their participation in decision-making. This issue has been addressed by reviewing the related literature in Chapters 2 to 5 and the original study presented in Chapter 6. The Conceptual Model of Factors Affecting HCN Integration in Chapter 1 has also been tested in the previous chapter. This chapter discusses the findings and draws conclusions.
