Abstract: Abstract Today, many companies already have practical experience of MBM. On the one hand, more than 50 companies have been through our training courses and are applying our ideas to some extent in their organizations. Then there are the managers who have read our publications and have adapted our ideas to their organizations. Some of them, have contacted us and we regularly exchange experiences and analyze their progress. Lastly, there are the companies on which we have conducted consultancy projects on strategy and cultural change based on MBM, some of which have resulted in a complete cultural transformation.
