Chapter 8 in Management by Missions, 2008, pp 124-144 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In Chapter 7 we set out our proposal for deploying a mission throughout a company’s various functions and levels. However, mission deployment cannot be seen as a simple add-on to existing management systems. If it were, the result would most likely be inconsistent, and the mission would have no real impact on daily activities.
