Chapter 1 in The Concise Guide to Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, 2007, pp 1-27 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The twenty-first century opened with two trends still firmly in place—the importance of the Internet and mergers. During the 1990s, many Internet-related stocks rose by thousands of percent.
