Abstract:
Abstract For at least a couple of decades, governments have implemented a rather heterogeneous set of private sector management techniques known as New Public Management (NPM) (see Chapters 1 and 2). In the previous chapters, it has been shown that NPM takes many forms and shapes, and is implemented in a variety of ways in diverse institutional contexts.
