Abstract: Abstract Passive–Aggressive Personalities (PAP) are often talked about by laypeople Many are found in administrative jobs and, boy, can they frustrate one. They are experts on contrariness. And they constantly complain, deliberately dawdle, frequently “forget”, often oppose, and sulkily stall. They feel cheated and deprived but being scornful helps.
