The Essential Ingredients for Success
Dick Stroud
Chapter 11 in Internet Strategies, 1998, pp 278-289 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In writing the penultimate chapter of this book it is tempting to provide a long list of dos and don’ts that managers should follow to ensure that their investments in the Internet are a success. My own experiences of trying to implement these golden rules for success is that they cover too many issues of varying levels of importance.
