Abstract: Abstract Of Swiss origin, Nestlé started in 1866 with the opening of the first condensed milk factory in Europe, and grew to become the world’s largest food and beverage company, with almost 30 brands generating sales in excess of CHF1 billion each.1 Nestlé recorded sales of US$98 billion for the year ended 31 December 2012.
