Chapter 21 in Beyond the Business Plan, 2013, pp 193-206 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This book does not present a choice between planning and not planning. Nor does it say that new venture explorers should never plan. What it does suggest is that for many people who are starting new enterprises, planning in the form of the traditional business plan is not appropriate. It also suggests that, because new ventures have a lot in common with exploration, they would be helped by a set of new venture exploration principles.
