Abstract:
Abstract Explorers suspect and/or hope that what they are looking for is out there to be discovered but they don’t know quite where it is or how to go straight to it. Therefore to find it they need to explore, and they don’t expect that their first efforts will necessarily succeed and that they will find what they are seeking in the first place they look. New venturers similarly suspect that there is a future for their ideas and they want to find out whether they will work and, if so, what is the best way to make them work — and how to do that without incurring unnecessary and/or unacceptable risk.
