Abstract: Abstract I have oft en felt that the secret to success in any endeavour is ‘intelligent persistence’ — the quality of keeping working at something important, but in a way that constantly reviews the efficacy of what you are doing and makes adjustments accordingly. This is what campaign management is all about.
