Chapter 1 in Organizational Culture and Commitment, 2013, pp 1-9 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Rapid globalization of the world economy brings profound changes in the international business of the main manufacturing organizations. Companies are facing fierce international competition. They try to take advantage of the growing opportunities offered by the international market. These motives are driving companies of the industrialized nations to add more countries to their list of possible locations for trade and profit, particularly in East Asia.
