Abstract: Abstract A wealth of information exists in the relevant literature regarding the measurement of organizational culture (Rokeach, 1973; Hofstede, 1980, 1990; O’Reilly, Chatman and Caldwell, 1991; Kotter and Heskett, 1992; Trompenaars and Hampden-Turner, 2004; Schwartz, 1994, 1996; Cameron and Quinn, 1999; Basu and Uchida, 2007).
