Abstract:
Abstract This chapter explores how a public relations firm/agency has attempted to postmodernize its business through internal reorganization and client-focused communication. The firm chosen, MPR Pazarlama Halkla Iliskiler (MPR Communications Consultancy), was founded in 1994 as the first marketing public relations (MPR) firm in Turkey.
