Abstract: Abstract In this final chapter, we conclude on how practitioners, in private firms as well as in public organizations, can develop innovation potential. Although we note that there is no single model or approach that a firm can or should use to frame its innovation activities, through the SIT methodology we deliver on our promise to show in a concrete and specific way how organizations can leverage the Service Innovation Triangle to become more innovative.
