Abstract As important as it is to understand your community and your interactions with them, their ideal behaviors, and profitable patterns, your organization must be prepared to take advantage of these relationships and behaviors when they manifest, or better yet, force them to manifest, molding consumer behavior to these preferred patterns. This will not occur unless your digital initiatives are properly aligned with your organization.
