Abstract: Abstract Work experience is an eminent stage in the process of self-actualization. It is exposed more than anything else to the influence of history, opening the essence of the person to its constitutive historicity. Therefore, work is the special element of individuals’ fulfilment expressing their essential forces in the outside world. This world is not something detached from the person, but it represents the domain of his/her own historicity in which the individual can only act as a social being. As Marx wrote, “society is the essential unity that allows the fulfilment of man in nature, the true resurrection of nature, the naturalism accomplished by the man and the humanism accomplished by the nature” (2004, 109).
