Abstract:
Abstract Choosing the most qualified candidates for the job is clearly an important consideration, but understanding how much can be negotiated with them as part of their appointment is key to achieving the best possible offer terms, as well as — importantly — a smooth IPO (initial public offering) process devoid of politics, and one where the banks fully focus on the tasks at hand.
