Chapter 26 in The Palgrave Handbook of Experiential Learning in International Business, 2015, pp 449-463 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Today, the business world is facing higher competitive pressure, due to the accelerating process of globalization (Sbordone, 2008) and shorter product life cycles caused by ever-quicker technology changes, for example as shown in Moore’s law (Aizcorbe, 2005). This development also poses growing requirements on management graduates and prospective employees. Hence experiential learning and innovative thinking are crucial for the future career of today’s students.
