How Much is my Company Worth?

Rick Webb

Chapter 31 in Agency, 2015, pp 275-279 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Given that any time for the next several years of your life much, if not all, of your net worth will be tied up in the value of your company, it is not an unreasonable question to ask, “how much is my company worth?” If you are in this business to eventually get rich, this means you will need to sell your company in due course. And you’ll need to sell it for an amount that will hit your personal financial goals, which, again, means that you need to know how much your company is worth.
