Abstract: Abstract Three types of intelligence are currently accepted as mainstream among organization leaders. They are intellectual (IQ), emotional (EQ) (Salovey and Mayer 1990), and cultural (CQ) (Konyu-Fogel 2011). IQ, EQ, and CQ are typically assessed when examining organization leaders’ effectiveness. These assessments have included aspects of diversity but address peripheral problems and not the core problems that protected class group members experience within many workplaces.
