Abstract:
Abstract In your life, you must have come across different small businesses. Sometimes you might have found that in some, you encounter very proactive people running the business. Sometimes, these proactive people tend to be very good communicators; they make you smile, and they might also joke with their customers. Among these people, you might find some who are easily taken by passion: they might get really excited about their customers’ experience, become very talkative, push customers to try new products, or simply engage in exciting conversations. You can see their passion for what they do.
