Abstract:
Abstract Individualized organizational knowledge depends on a structural coupling between the individual and the world. This happens in observation, but, above all, in language. The coordination and cooperation between different organizational members, as seen by an observer, exists because of the language they use. This is not a new insight; for two single cells to form a single multicellular creature a ‘cellular language’ is required.1
