Translating Raw Customer Demands

Chris Harris

Chapter Chapter 21 in Hyperinnovation, 2002, pp 266-268 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract It is quite possible to translate raw customer demandplex into meaningful product/service/process characteristics, through the use of technical design targets. Three related charts assist this activity. Each chart is a development from the previous chart. The charts are not only a way of objectively stating what is important to the customer, they are also a team-building tool, requiring cross-discipline input from the whole team.
