Abstract:
Abstract So, you have made your acquisitions and are now part of the Asian business scene. Perhaps you have bought a company outright, perhaps you are the majority owner of one or more companies. Maybe you paid a little too much, maybe you got a bargain — or think you did. But now it is time to make the investment pay back and, for most, that means serious planning and thought about how to manage and organise these new operations. And this in turn means making changes.
