Selection mistakes
Adrian Furnham
A chapter in Management and Myths, 2004, pp 123-125 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:

The package of abilities, attitudes and traits found in a person in their mid-twenties will probably quite happily (or alas unhappily) see them through to the grave.
