Unlocking talent
Adrian Furnham
A chapter in Management and Myths, 2004, pp 149-150 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Among the many promises made by coaches, consultants and educators is that a particular product or service will unblock or unlock some amazing hidden talent. People love to believe that they have some wonderful, but curiously unused capacity to be creative, empathic, productive, self-healing, or what-you-will.
