Abstract:
This chapter tracks expenditures made by Nepal’s federal government on post-2015 earthquake reconstruction program. Taking case study approach, this piece tracks the expenditure of housing reconstruction grants of Namobuddha Municipality and looks into reasons behind slow uptake.
