Chapter Chapter 11 in Regional Economic Impacts of Terrorist Attacks, Natural Disasters and Metropolitan Policies, 2015, pp 175-194 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter analyses two similar cases relating to freeway widening in Southern California: the first deals with the issue of how to expand a combined free-toll road corridor (SR91) and the second looks at the question of whether a section of the I-5 freeway should be expanded to 10 or 12 lanes.
