Abstract The world of business environments in modern economies and cities has changed dramatically the way of pursuing business (Spence 2004), and depends nowadays heavily on the performance in generating and utilizing new knowledge, imagination, creativity, innovations and technologies. This holds even more so in the high technology industry which is usually characterized by an extremely volatile, dynamic and uncertain business climate.
