Abstract:
Abstract Recognizing the salience of waged labor and labor-force characteristics for regional development, this chapter proposes an institutional framework for analyzing local or regional labor processes and underscores the potential utility of that framework for effecting change in regional labor (re)production, “quality”” allocation, and wages.
