Abstract:
Abstract The purpose of this study is to comprehend how personality affects organizational citizenship behavior as well as how transformational leadership style affects it. With a sample size of 64 respondents, the study approach used cluster sampling, probability sampling, and quantitative research methods. Questionnaires were used to gather data from primary sources. The results of the study show that organizational citizenship conduct is positively and significantly impacted by leadership style, however personality did not show a positive correlation with organizational citizenship behavior.
