Abstract: Abstract Employee sense of belonging is of vital importance to the success of an enterprise. It influences employees’ job satisfaction, initiative and efficiency, and subsequently affects the enterprise’s reputation and performance. This paper contrasts the significant measures for enhancing employee sense of belonging implemented by the renowned enterprise Microsoft, indicates the deficiencies existing in the management of employee sense of belonging in some enterprises, and proposes enhancement strategies starting from the theory of psychological contract, to improve the competitiveness and sustainable development capacity of the enterprises.
