Abstract: Abstract This chapter aims to present management, technical and normative elements in the Brazilian context, involving corporate responsibility applied to social and environmental risks in the supply chain. The current socio, economic, political scenario in Brazil has revealed the complexity of CSR, especially when it comes to human rights and environmental issues. Therefore, it is proposed a reflection from a integrated perspective between CSR, public institutions and normative aspects. The discussion about its correlation with socio-environmental risks will be made specific in relation to illegal slave-like work condition and illegal deforestation applied to supply chain.
