Abstract: Abstract The main research study consists of obtaining feedback through the questionnaire developed from all the organizations identified for data collection. In this context, a sample size of 270 organizations was considered for the main study. Out of 270 samples, 150 are from Bangalore region (Karnataka) and remaining 120 from Coimbatore region (Tamil Nadu) were taken for the current study. The initial database prepared is expanded by transcribing all the data obtained from the 91 organizations each from Karnataka and Tamil Nadu respectively through the questionnaireQuestionnaire and the final database is prepared. The next stage in data analysis is the data reductionData Reduction , which is the transformation of information. It is derived empirically or experimentally into corrected, ordered and simplified form which is achieved by confirmatory factor analysisConfirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Key takeaways 1.
