Chapter Chapter 2 in Art and Business, 2020, pp 9-20 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract When combining the two terms of Art and Business, it is apparently easier to account for the bond secured between an artist and a financial or oil enterprise than to account for the bond between artists and the luxury fashion sector, or the entertainment industry. It is thus necessary to further explain how Art and Business are bonded today. This means further exploring the concepts of art and artcraft, as well as giving a definition of industry. We found that this meant looking into the—not well defined—borders of Creative and Cultural Sector. This is the starting point of our analysis.
