Abstract: Abstract In this chapter presents the key findings of the book and describes their implications for family businesses. It also provides policy recommendations aimed at enhancing sustainability in these firms to help them integrate sustainable practices into their operations. This chapter concludes with reflections on the evolving role of governance in promoting sustainability within family businesses, highlighting the importance of effective governance in driving sustainable business practices.
